The Performance Analysis Section of this report provides a Financial Analysis of the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and numerous Key Ratios in comparison to the Budget for the current month and on a year-to-date basis.
Additionally, it compares the current month’s performance and condition to both the prior month and to the same month one year prior.
The Forecasting Reports show the actual and projected Financial Analysis of the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and numerous Key Ratios.

Executive Management Series vs. Account Level Forecasting Series
The Executive Management Series Reports are based upon the "Master Account" Level of Reporting, while the Account Level Forecasting Series is based upon the "Basic Accounts" and also shows the "Master Account" Sub-totals. This allows the reader to gain a full perspective of the Bank's Performance.
In our example below, the Basic Accounts (separated by repricing characteristics) are then grouped together to form the Master Account for Variable Rate Commercial Loans.
